Starting on May 18, we are bringing you the ultimate health and fitness challenge. This is by far the most extensive course we have ever offered and we believe now is the perfect time to invest your time and energy into reaching your peak levels of health, fitness and performance.

If any of these questions resonate with you, then THRIVE in 35 is the answer.  Over the last 18 years, we have developed our “Repair  |  Exercise  |  Nourish  |  Recover”  framework that will get you on track to achieving your health and fitness goals, by focusing on the mastery of simple, sustainable habits. After these 5 weeks, you will move well, feel amazing and look great and have the tools to make your new health and fitness levels sustainable, not stressful.
   
We provide you with packages focusing on every aspect of your health and fitness; follow-along training and mobility video sessions; and access to live online classes. This is underpinned by daily email support and motivation, along with goal identifier and progress tracking tools, to make sure you are on track.
   
All you need to provide is a desire and commitment for 35 days to make a lasting change to your health and fitness. We know these are stressful times for everyone at the moment but we feel now more than ever is the time to focus on our health and on feeling at our best.

AT THE START OF THE CHALLENGE, YOU will receive…

Individualised Challenge Plan

As the start of THRIVE IN 35, you will fill out a goal descriptor questionnaire. This will then form the basis of your bespoke plan to make sure you see results.

REPAIR Pack

The REPAIR pack will give you strategies to help prevent the common injuries and postural issues we see, as well as prehab exercises to help strengthen your body. The pack goes hand in hand with the mobility routine videos and the live Mobility classes.

EXERCISE Packs

The EXERCISE pack will give you everything you will need to form consistent, sustainable exercise habits, whether you are a beginner or a seasoned trainer. There will be exercise session plans, as well as follow along exercise videos. 

NOURISH Pack

The NOURISH pack will give you a set of nutritional principles that will allow you to get on top of your eating habits to make sure you can effortlessly improve or maintain your body composition, feel an abundance of energy and still enjoy your foods!

RECOVER Pack

It is vitally important for your health that you get sufficient rest and recovery, so this pack contains the guidelines you will need to follow to optimise your sleep quality plus structured ideas to ensure your body gets the rest it needs all week long.

DAILY EMAILS & WEEKLY FOCUS POINTS

Every day you will receive support and motivation emails giving you tips and reminders for the things you are doing. Every week there will be mini challenges to do so that you will master your habits!

ACCESS TO LIVE CLASSES

Our CLASSY package will give you access to attend any of HUB’s signature live online classes, from strength and conditioning, pure strength classes and mobility live classes. Hard work but great fun, get involved!

ACCESS TO PERSONAL TRAINING

If you have a specific injury or need, or just want that extra bit of motivation, the ULTIMATE package gives you 5x personal training sessions. The best way to guarantee you reach those goals!

WEEKLY ACCOUNTABILITY & MOTIVATION CALLS

We all need a little motivation along the way. Sometimes a little encouragement, sometimes a good kick up the rear! You will be able to ask any questions and get any advice you need throughout.
